Examination of conscience

O my God, at the end of this day I thank you most heartily for all the graces I have received from you. I am sorry for the times I have offended you. Forgive me, O my God, and graciously protect me this night. Bless my family, my home, and all those I love. Watch over all who suffer and all who have died. Mary, my Mother, intercede for me. Let all the saints in heaven pray for me, that I may join them in everlasting glory. Amen.
